Piccolo brings William Fife’s design approach into the concentrated form of an International Six Metre.
The restoration had to retain the yacht’s hull form and relatively light racing structure while renewing the areas required for strength and continued use.
Restoration scope
The project included framing, deck structure, cockpit and finish.
Each element supported the same objective: a sound racing yacht in which renewed work remained consistent with the original design and construction.
